Maintain a clean workplace, prep, prepare, and plate hundreds of dishes, or assist with catering.
Responsibilities and Requirements of Kitchen Helper
Establish workstations with the necessary components and equipment.
Cook with a range of techniques and utensils.
- Provide high-quality meals while adhering to strict safety and cleanliness requirements.
- Ensure that the food menu items are presented beautifully.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment. Ensure that all food and other products are correctly stored. Check and maintain product and ingredient quality.
- When there are shortages, monitor stock and request orders.
- Cooperate/communicate respectfully and effectively with all workers and guests.
- Follow all necessary health department laws and regulations, as well as all customer service criteria.
Requirements
We are happy to train you if you sincerely want to work in the kitchen but have no experience; nevertheless, you must meet certain criteria before we can hire you.
